Gold Party

• 2 hour party experience

Exclusive Hire Parties

• 2 hour party experience

• Private use of the Hideaway for your group

• Kids buffet for up to 40 children (£3.50 each for additional children)

• 30 minutes hosted activity - Lego, messy play, craft, party games, disco dome, or nerf wars

• Birthday card included

• Printable party invitations

• Available times - Sunday at 12pm and 2.30pm

Themed Parties

Upgrade your party experience by making it themed! Get everything you would normally get, plus:

• Themed decorations

• Themed plates and cups

• Themed party bags

• Themed craft/activity

Theme options are princess, superhero, dinosaur, unicorn, and pirate.

 

Prices: an additional £8 per child

Standard terms & conditions

• £50 non-refundable deposit to secure the space

• Full payment and final numbers are required at least 7 days before the party date. After this, your party may be cancelled with loss of deposit. 

• Cancellations may be made for a refund of the final balance up to 30 days before the party date. 

• Cancellations made by you within 30 days of the party will lose the full payment.​

• Gold Parties can be facilitated for less than 8 children, but we still have to charge for 8 children in order to cover our costs.

• Off peak days: Monday to Friday term-time
• Peak days: Saturday and school holidays

Please note: helium balloons are not allowed in The Hideaway. If you try to bring one, you will not be      allowed to bring it past the reception desk.
